Great People to Work With....& They Back Up What They Say!
“I would like to sincerely thank Katrina Eagle and her team for their dedication and persistence in helping me obtain the VA benefits I rightfully deserved. I am a Vietnam-era Navy veteran who served three tours of duty in Thailand during the Vietnam War. I began pursuing these benefits back in 1991 with Mr. Don Buss, a Senior VSO in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Despite attending a hearing and making five separate attempts, my claims were repeatedly denied. I was told that Agent Orange had not been used in Thailand and that no tactical herbicides were present on Royal Thai Air Force bases. This was difficult to accept, especially since I had photographs and 11 pages of official orders clearly documenting my three tours with VP-9 in Thailand. After years of frustration, I stepped away from the process. Fortunately, through another Vietnam veteran, I was introduced to Katrina Eagle, Attorney at Law, who advocates for veterans whose claims have been mishandled or denied. From our first interaction, I knew I had finally found someone who would fight for me. The journey was long, with many ups and downs, and at times it tested my patience. However, in 2025, I was finally recognized for my service and granted full disability benefits based on my medical conditions. I will always be deeply grateful to Katrina and Jim for their unwavering commitment and for standing by me throughout this process. I am truly indebted to them for everything they have done on my behalf.”

She is a Bulldog, She Never Quits
“I had filed my first claim with the VA only to immediately have it denied. While searching for an attorney, I was given her name by a local attorney here in central Louisiana. Once she took my case she never let up, even after more denials. She conducted in-depth research into my case. Eventually, she won my case and was awarded over three years back pay and I ended up with a 100% VA disability. I have Stage 5 CKD and am now on dialysis. She is my guardian angel.”

Clear, Concise, and Encouraging
“Katrina, what a pleasant surprise it was the day you called to inform me that my VSO referred my lung cancer claim to you. Your explanation of the course of action you were going to follow was clear, concise, and encouraging. My VSO exhausted every avenue without success when he mentioned that I would receive a call from an attorney. I had forgotten about this comment and was truly overwhelmed after listening to you. My thanks to you for your effort cannot be overstated. I was astounded at your follow up phone call that the VA complied as quickly as it did.”

If You Want True Professionalism and Favorable Results, Contact Katrina Eagle
“My husband Ricardo was an "old school" military warrior. He was in both the Navy and Army. We had tried unsuccessfully to get his benefits starting in 2008. Each attempt was denied. After his death in 2010, I gave up. Too many denials and no one really wanted to help. In 2023, I miraculously came across the name of Katrina Eagle, an angel sent from heaven. I contacted her, gave her some background, and sent her my information. After receiving the first denial, I said, "Oh well, I’m not surprised, it’s over.” Her exact words to me were: “It’s over when I say it’s over.” I cried because I knew then I had met someone who cared. After thirteen years of complete abandonment from the Veterans Affairs, there was this "angel of hope." Mrs. Eagle worked with me diligently making sure I gave her every bit of information I had on and for Ricardo. She kept me informed as to what was going on and what to expect. I have never felt so confident to someone who was in my corner and didn't even know me personally. I was partially impressed with how she did not try to play around with you. She was all business. She gave you the facts and explained every detail and what to expect. Her no nonsense style was truly appreciated. I truly love and respect this lady. With her help, I can now live an easier life. I only wish Ricardo were here to enjoy what he has made possible. He worked so hard before his death but expert help was not available and I did know Mrs. Eagle. Thank you Mrs. Eagle!!!! Thank you!!! Like I told you during our many conversations, you were "heaven sent." The way I came across your name was uncanny. Out of all the lawyers on this page, my eyes picked your name and my gut said, ‘call her’.”

There For Me When There Was No One Else
"I know that the day I read an article in stars and stripes about a lawyer that handled VA cases, I knew by The Spirit of God I had found a solution to my problem I had experienced for a year, I just felt it in my spirit. I can truly say today that my blessings had come. Katrina Eagle throughout our relationship treated me as if I was a client she really cared about and was determined to win my case. Yes, if any service personnel wants a lawyer that really acts as if you are her only client, then Katrina Eagle is the one. At every challenge that VA threw at her she met and updated me on the outcome. She and her staff are worthy of any accolade that I as a one time client can give. I was once so discouraged that I wanted to give up. My wife wouldn't let me do it. Today I'm secure and well because of the transition of my VA affairs. I will never ever forget Mrs. Eagle, she was there for me when there was no one else. I pray for her continuing support of our veterans and much more success. God bless her and her staff's families."

Can't Thank Her Enough
"I am writing to inform anyone seeking VA assistance to call Katrina Eagle Law Office. If you've ever been denied compensation for benefits, she is definitely the person to call. She knows all the ins and outs of the requirements. When I applied for compensation for bladder cancer due to contact with agent orange in Vietnam, the VA said I was never there after two tours there. She found the error immediately and got it corrected. I can't thank her enough for what she has done to better my life for the future. I will recommend her forever."

Super Lawyer for Dealing With The VA
“Katrina helped me get the VA rating that I had earned while on 12 years of active duty. Her communication is excellent. She is patient and kind. She is also incredibly diligent with her follow through and ability to fight for her clients. If I ever need help again, she will be the first person I call.”

She’s Good at What She Does
"Katrina Eagle is good at what she does. I was at 70% when I put in a claim by myself VA attempted to take 20% away from me. That’s when I hired Katrina. She took the case and I got my 20% back plus another 20% and she told me not to worry about it. She’s gonna take care of the rest and don’t you know I got my hundred percent. She’s good at what she does. Thank you very much Katrina."

Katrina Will Get It Done
"September 2018. My husband was diagnosed with Cholangiocarcinoma. November 2018 he filed a claim to the VA. Sadly, my husband passed in December 2018. January 2019, I took the claim over. After 6 years of appeals and denial I was about to give up when I read the Facebook postings about Ms. Eagle. I notified Katrina and she took my case. She was so helpful in instructing me the things I needed to. In 6 months, she won my case. This was truly a life changer for me. I can’t praise her enough for what she did. She is the best. She is a true asset for our veterans. Thank you again."

She is the Best Veterans Law Attorney
"I got a hold of Katrina Eagle. She is the best veterans law attorney there is when it comes to getting your Agent Orange Disability. She got me 100% Agent Orange. Her fees are 25% of whatever you get back from your back pay from the VA. She got me enough so that I was able to move out of my apartment in Illinois and buy a home down here in Florida."

From Lost in Bureaucracy to Found by Katrina Eagle, My Expanded Family
"I will begin my testimonial with a brief summary of my case for those who may read this: I enlisted in the Army the fourth of July 1967. I completed my basic training in Ft Bliss TX, and continued my AIT in Aberdeen proving grounds MD. I completed my training, my MOS was 44C20 welder before receiving orders to VN and arrived in country around January 20th, 1968. As I later found out, I was just in time for the Tet offensive and was stationed at Camp Granite in Qui Nhon where I ran a body shop in a motor pool supporting 700 tactical and commercial vehicles. I completed my tour in VN and went back to the world around January 20th, 1969. I was deployed to Ft Belvoir, VA where I ultimately taught welding. I was ordered TDY to Blackstone VA and drove a deuce and a half around a 30-mile course, testing the use of radial tires to replace all terrain tires. While stationed there I was in an accident in line of duty and broke my back. While finishing my military tour, I had a physical profile that carried me through until my discharge on the fourth of July in 1970. While completing my end of enlistment paperwork, I filed paperwork for a disability claim for my broken back. Honestly not thinking much about it. However, I never received any notice of adjudication on my claim. I got jobs in construction and in 1983 I wrote to the VA asking if I could receive any help being retrained because construction was aggravating my damaged back. Around 2016 I pursued my claim that the VA had never responded to. Through a miracle I was introduced to Katrina Eagle Esq. As you can see, much time had passed since I was in the Army. I fully expected my claim to be lost in that time. Katrina reviewed my situation and while building no expectation of any outcome with the VA, she methodically investigated my case, including knowledge about how the laws had been updated since the time I had been discharged from the army. Can you imagine how easily the VA could claim no fault? And I would have been another statistic of being lost in the bureaucracy. I will skip now to the end of my story-- Katrina and team took on my case, ultimately, I was rewarded with 100% disability and reimbursed retroactively for my disability. WOW! What a snarl of inefficiency she unraveled. While we were working on the claim together, we also became good friends. I never met with her in person, but she is like family to me now. I am happy to provide this testimonial of our relationship and her skill."

Never Give Up Your VA Rights
"After 3 VA rejections over 4 or 5 years for my various Agent Orange problems, I heard about Katrina through an old military buddy. After discussing my problems, she did what she does best, getting me a 100% disability rating. She is serious about veterans rights and knows how to use the VA system, which is nearly impossible for the average GI that is trying to get promised benefits on their own. On top of all that, she is a pleasure to work with and a bulldog for your rights. She gets my highest acclaim and recommendation."

The Special Monthly Compensation Experts!
"After losing both my legs to an IED in Afghanistan in 2011, I assumed I wouldn't need to worry about my disability rating because my injuries were so obvious. Unfortunately, the VA initially rated me barely at half of what I deserved. Thirteen years later, I finally realized this and was fortunate enough to find Jim and Katina, especially since many attorneys and advocates don't truly understand the special compensation disability tables. They are genuine experts in VA disability law, and because they run a small firm that never outsources its work, you deal directly with the owners every step of the way. They completed my disability review in record time, and I received a rating even higher than we had hoped. I will always be grateful to Jim and Katrina for their dedication to disabled veterans."

Proactive and Extremely Knowledgeable
"Serving in the US Navy from January 23, 1967 until October 17, 1970. I was stationed aboard the USS Ticonderoga CVA-14 from April 29, 1967 until October 17, 1970. During this time the Ticonderoga served in three cruises to the Western Pacific including the Tonkin Gulf of Vietnam. I initially filed a medical benefits claim with the Veterans Administration on 8/1/2002 for diabetes, hearing loss, and stress. Over the next 19 years (until 5/3/2021) my claims were repeatedly denied. On 5/3/2021 the VA gave me a rating of 20% for the hearing loss and the stress (PTSD), but denied the claim for diabetes. The reasoning for the denial was “No Boots on the Ground” and the ship did not enter territorial waters. In an appeal that I submitted on 10/18/2003, I went on record that the ship served 3 miles off the DaNang coastline. This was during the siege of Khe Sanh in April 1968. On 5/3/2021 I contacted Eagle Law and discussed my case with Katrina Eagle. She mentioned that I had a “righteous case” and agreed to represent me. I had previously documented the ships position verifying that we operated within the 12 mile territorial zone on April 1, 1968 (as submitted back on 10/18/2003). I used the 4/1/1968 ships log which included the speed of the ship, the course heading of the ship, and the time that the ship held this course. Using these documented calculations, we confirmed that the ship entered territorial waters. The VA initially approved, then denied the appeal as they stated that they did not have anyone on staff with the expertise to confirm these calculations. Katrina Eagle then argued that the Veterans Administration had the responsibility to seek expertise and not deny the veteran his earned benefits. The VA sent the case to the Navy Review Board in Washington DC and a judge was assigned to resolve the case. The Navy confirmed our calculations (not the VA) and eventually on March 23, 2022 a 40% rating was awarded. This is after almost 20 years of repeated denials. On 9/27/2023 having heart issues, I had open heart surgery, lungs drained, and a pacemaker installed. Katrina Eagle, once again, filed a new claim for me 6/29/2024 and on 10/9/2024 the claim was granted. My disability rating increased to 100%. Katrina was very proactive in representing me and extremely knowledgeable in dealing with the Veterans Administration. If I had known, I would have contacted Katrina years earlier saving me the frustrations of the repeated denials. Katrina got me the results that I was seeking for years, and could not get with my own efforts. I was dealing directly with VSO’s and ultimately the VA. It was a continual run around. I would recommend Katrina Eagle to represent any veteran that is not receiving the proper attention from the Veterans Administration in handling their medical claims."

Katrina Does the Impossible
"Dear Katrina Eagle, God's ambassador for the veterans and their families. Katrina Eagle is the best of the best. Months and years of research, attorneys, and VSO's to no avail, I saw this post on Facebook: "Katrina Eagle." I was ready to give up until I did a little research on Katrina. I called Katrina and left a message. She called me back, asked some questions, and told me I had a case. My husband's file was huge. Katrina went through every page and found what she needed. She called me and kept me updated. Within six months the case was granted 100%. After five years of attorneys, VSO actually said I was delusional if I thought I could prove Agent Orange exposure. Katrina and her team are the best of the best. Thank you Katrina for doing the impossible when I was ready to give up. You gave me hope."

Forever Grateful
"It was by the grace of God that my son and my daugher-in-law did some research after being denied my claim from the VA since 1989 and found Katrina Eagle! My husband served in Vietnam in 1966-1967! He was recognized by the Agent Orange Committee in 1989. David died at age 43 from bile duct cancer Cholangiocarcinoma. I had sent in requests, I went to the VA office in Lacrosse, and was told there was nothing for me! I have a letter stating that this was not a recognized disease and did not qualify for benefits! Long story short, we contacted Katrina in 2024, and she indeed had another opinion about this disease. She is a wonderful, kind, and interested lady who really walked me through the procedure of applying for a benefit after 37 years of waiting. I will be forever grateful to Katrina, and I have recommended others with the same kind of story and years of hoping! She is an angel to so many veterans and spouses, and I am so thankful for this wonderful lady! Finally, someone listened!"

Truly Impressive
"I am a retired Naval Officer with 100% VA disability. When the VA tried to reduce my compensation to 70%, Katrina thoroughly reviewed my situation and was successful in reversing the VA decision. Her professional and dogged expertise is truly impressive and I would gladly recommend her to anyone who has a problem with the VA."

100% Service Connected
"She is amazing. And I don't mind telling anyone in need of assistance how incredibly hard she fought for me not only to be ruled service connected but 100% total and permanent."

Success Story: A Marine's Victory in the Appeal Process
"I proudly served as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps during Desert Shield and Desert Storm, participating in the Battle of Khafji and the Liberation of Kuwait. However, my service left me with significant disabilities, and my journey to receive the benefits I deserved was long and arduous. For more than eight years, I fought against the VA for a fair disability rating, facing numerous obstacles and denials. Despite my persistence, I felt overwhelmed and disheartened, fearing that I might never receive the support I needed. That's when Attorney Katrina Eagle and her dedicated team stepped in. From the moment Katrina took on my case, I knew I was in capable hands. She brought an unwavering commitment and a wealth of expertise to my appeal, meticulously reviewing my records and crafting a compelling case on my behalf. Katrina's deep understanding of the VA system and her strategic approach were game-changers. She tirelessly advocated for me, ensuring that every detail of my service and its impact on my health was thoroughly documented and presented. Her persistence and legal acumen made all the difference. Thanks to Katrina Eagle's relentless efforts, I am now recognized with a 100% disability rating. This decision has transformed my life, providing me with the support and resources I need to manage my health and well-being. It has also given me a sense of justice and acknowledgement for my sacrifices. Katrina and her team didn't just win my case; they restored my faith in the system and gave me hope for the future. I am profoundly grateful for their dedication and professionalism. If you are a veteran struggling with the VA appeal process, I highly recommend reaching out to Katrina Eagle and her Law Office. Their commitment to veterans is unparalleled, and their success in my case speaks volumes about their capability and compassion."

Katrina Is Passionate And A Fierce Advocate!
"Beginning February 2021 (three months after my husband passed from cholangiocarcinoma), I began the process of filing for DIC following the VA website guide. Several denials later, in December 2022, I learned about Katrina Eagle. I submitted the online information form on her website. Within 48 hours, she called me and we spent nearly an hour reviewing Jim's case. From that call and going forward, I felt such a sense of calm. Just knowing I now had an experienced advocate in my corner was a huge relief. Once Katrina was on the case, I never had to deal with any communication with VA. Everything went through her; I would receive copies. She gave me her contact info and I was encouraged to call anytime I had any questions. There were so many background mistakes VA had already made in my claim (things I would never have been aware of). Katrina responded to those mistakes immediately (One incredulous example: VA wanted me to provide proof of my husband's exposure to Agent Orange. However, one year prior, VA had already sent me a detailed form validating proof of his AO exposure). Throughout all this time, Katrina kept in close touch with updates as she became aware of info, or just to check up to see how I was doing, all the while being very positive. Finally in March 2024, I received a call from her that has impacted my world -- calling to let me know my DIC claim was finally approved -- three years after starting the process. Five words of advice to survivors who have filed for benefits and received denial: 'have patience' and 'contact Katrina Eagle.' She is a godsend, passionate, and a fierce advocate in her relentless pursuit of getting the right thing for our service families."

A Warrior For Your Cause
"I served in the military from 1968 to 1972 which included two Vietnam tours. I started experiencing medical issues not long after I was discharged in 1972. Frankly, I did not even consider going to VA for my medical issues nor did I think VA would allow scheduling doctor visits. I paid cash for my appointments, treatments and medicines. It wasn't until 1980 that I was in a position to obtain medical insurance through my employer. Fast forward thirty years, in 2010, after my premiums got unaffordable. At that time, I was told the VA would extend health care for Vietnam era veterans. I made an appointment with the VSO in my county and was quickly placed in the VA healthcare system. At the same time the VSO and I filled out forms for VA disability compensation for an extensive list of medical issues I was experiencing since my discharge. In hindsight, I should have involved the VA from the beginning so that I would have had an earlier trail of my medical conditions recorded with VA. My claim was denied in 2010 and several more attempts with additional backup, pictures, and buddy letters which failed to approve my appeal. I decided to give up on the process. I was convinced my paperwork with all my supporting documents would fill in the gaps VA needed. I was devastated and beaten. I don't remember how I got the name of Katrina Eagle of the Veterans Law Office. I think it was 2017 when I made the 'Hail Mary' call and got a recording that I would be contacted the next day. BANG! The returned call from Katrina. She spent time listening to my story and requested I send her office all my correspondence and denials. She would review my file and call me back and she did. Katrina unraveled my correspondence and gave me expectations based on the status of my claim. Katrina filed my appeal correctly, and even through the delays of Covid I was awarded a 100% VA disability in 2020 back to 2010. Katrina Eagle is very accessible and over the past seven years she has been my only contact; I was never handed off to another associate. I found Katrina knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and very responsive to my case. If you are looking for someone to coddle you or hold your hand she will not, but she is a warrior for your cause."

Not Only A Truly Incredible Attorney To Work With But A Lovely Person To Know
"Since my beloved late husband Phil passed away in 2008, Mrs. Eagle has been not only a truly incredible attorney to to work with but a lovely person to know. For over sixteen long years Katrina assisted me with my VA claim. Not once in those sixteen long years did she ever give up on pursuing the claim for the wrongful death and suffering Phil experienced due to Agent Orange exposure while serving in the Navy during the Vietnam war. Katrina's compassion, knowledge, and guidance were invaluable. She was able to walk me through the complexity of VA forms, jargon, and legal terminology. Having my claim approved really helped lighten my load with losing Phil. I just don't know what I would have done without Mrs. Eagle. I am thankful for the invaluable help she provided me. Veterans and their families are very fortunate to have a legal warrior like Katrina on their side."

I Thank You Again For What You Have Done For Me
"I would like to tell everyone what Mrs. Eagle did for me. It is people like Katrina who are helping our Vets get the support and understanding we need from the Veterans Administration. All we have is our stories of things that happen to us and now I feel that VA is not wanting to tell us the truth when we ask. When, in fact, they do not know themselves. I have the utmost respect for what Katrina does for us and I feel that she gives everyone the same treatment that she gave me. Mrs. Eagle cuts through the chase and gets right down to the problem. I have told everyone know about her and I highly recommend they get in touch with Katrina if they need help. I thank Katrina again for what she has done for me and I hope I can call upon her if I ever need her services again. Katrina, If i can be of service to you please feel free to call on me."

Saved From the Error Prone VA Bureaucracy
"I served in the infantry in Vietnam and Cambodia in 1970. My area of operation had been heavily treated with Agent Orange. Later in September 2021 I had been diagnosed with Active Myeloma. I submitted a claim twice to VA for a disability. Each time the VA made errors in the facts and concluded that there was no link between my condition and my service in Vietnam, denying both claims. At this point I contacted the president of the San Diego Multiple Myeloma User Group and asked him to recommend a lawyer. He immediately recommended Katrina Eagle. I submitted my denials to Katrina and she accepted my case. Katrina saw the errors in their logic and submitted a new claim with additional evidence clarifying that Active Myeloma is presumptively associated with Agent Orange. In September 2022 VA approved my higher level claim admitting that there were errors made on their part in the two prior claims. This success could not have been achieved without the knowledge and experience Katrina displayed to deal with VA."

It Is an Absolute Privilege to Recommend Katrina
“I served in the US Army in Vietnam 1967-1968. While working in the Central Highlands and I Corps areas I was exposed to Agent Orange. In January of 2020 I was diagnosed with bile duct cancer. I submitted my VA claim and after several months was denied. Finally, after months of searching for options I contacted Katrina Eagle who was recommended by friends of family members. After reviewing my claim Katrina agreed to pursue the appeal. After several months of working tirelessly, reviewing my complete service record and obtaining a medical expert opinion she successfully got me rated at 100% to include retroactive back pay. It is an absolute privilege to recommend Katrina to those veterans seeking rightly deserved claims and have been denied. Her knowledge and skill on how to navigate the VA system is a plus. I would not have been successful without Katrina.”

True Heroes Fighting For Veterans Like Me!
"I served in United States Air Force from 1970 – 1974. I was stationed at Anderson Air Force Base in Guam from 1971-1973, as fuel specialist. During that time, I was exposed to many different toxic chemicals including Agent Orange. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2011 and then two years later with thyroid cancer, the residual effects dramatically affected not only me but my family. After speaking with a representative for the Missouri Veterans Commission, I submitted a claim for exposure to Agent Orange. That claim was immediately denied. After this denial, the representative suggested I seek legal representation and was given the name of Katrina Eagle, Esq. Veterans Law Attorney. Little did I know then the dedication, tenacity and compassion this woman would show me for the next ten years! Over the course of the last ten years, numerous denials, frustrations and moments of utter disappointment and lack of the energy to continue this fight occurred, however Katrina was always there never wavering in her support and encouragement to not give up the fight. The Board of Veterans Affairs (BVA) denied our claims several times, the cases were then submitted to the US Courts of Appeals not once but twice and both times the Courts sent them back to the BVA for review. Thanks to Katrina and Jim Radogna’s continued support, knowledge and empathy for me, I am now at 100% disability. Never could I have imagined this outcome and will forever be thankful for their continuous support and encouragement to never give up the fight!"

Katrina Will Restore Your Honor and Fight For You
"For over three years I tried to get the VA to approve several of my disabilities. I submitted a one inch thick binder including Agent Orange photos, corroborating witnesses, DoD studies, and military doctors who were experts in their fields. The VA disapproved my submissions again and again -- even when I went to my Congressman and the VA Inspector General. Our unit web site listed a lawyer who they said might be able to help. Katrina Eagle is more than a great lawyer: She really cares about veterans. In a matter of months, she got me approved for100% disability with seven years back pay. Do not waste three years, like I did, hoping the VA will do the right thing. Katrina will restore your honor and fight for you to get compensated for the disabilities you received in the service."
Jim
Thank You For Everything!
"Katrina Eagle was a godsend and answer to my struggles. After constant denials from the military survivor benefits and treating my husband (deceased) like he didn't exist and years of dragging me around wanting more proof of this & that, I finally found someone at the VFW who said they have done all that they could & gave me Katrina Eagle's contact information. I felt the weight of the world lifted off my shoulder after she took my case. She was always available to answer questions & called or text with how things were proceeding. I can't thank her enough for all that she did for me & I'm truly thankful she had my back. Thank you for everything!"

Look No Further Than The Veterans Law Office of Katrina J. Eagle
“Simply put, Katrina J. Eagle, Esq. saved me from the streets. It took some time. And there were several appeals. But thanks to The Veterans Law Office of Katrina J. Eagle I came out of the streets and into a home after 2 years and one week of being homeless on 21 September 2019. And I’ve been sheltered and have plenty of food to eat ever since. And haven’t had to live in ultimate consummate terror of freezing to death in winter, or having to live out of a dirt floor lawnmower shed again in the August heat, or some abandoned dilapidated pit of filth. In other words, Katrina J. Eagle, Esq. saved me. Likely literally saved my life. if you want a lawyer with a giant legal mind, and a heart equally as big, look no further than The Veterans Law Office of Katrina J. Eagle. Katrina J. Eagle, Esq.. Katrina will go into judicial battle for you with valor and honor where other lawyers have failed you or dare, even refuse, to tread.”

My Advice To You Is Do Not Delay…Call Katrina!
"With the help of the DAV, I tried to get service connection for Asthma with multiple claims. (Burn pit exposure) This went on for 14-years. Nothing but denials. To say I was frustrated is an understatement. Through a friend I heard about Katrina Eagle. Decided to give her a call. From our first talk, I knew Katrina was caring, competent and freaking tenacious! Was an easy decision to have Katrina represent me for my VA disability claim. However, this wasn’t an ordinary claim. After all the denials I was at the last step before a Board of Veteran’s Appeal judge. Katrina expertly presented my case to the Judge and guided me professionally through this nerve racking process. My result was 100% Permanent and Total with SMC. My advice to you is do not delay…call Katrina!"

Katrina and Her Husband Jim Worked Tirelessly and Diligently On My Case
"I was a Marine stationed for two years at Camp Lejeune NC in the mid 50’s. I drank and bathed in the toxic water there. The chemicals years later resulted in me getting 3 cancers. I applied for VA disability benefits but was denied. I appealed and sent in more documentation. I was denied again. I was 81 at the time and didn’t have the energy to continue to fight the VA. But before giving up I googled up attorneys in my area and chose one, namely Katrina Eagle. (Little did I know that I chose the very best and most highly skilled attorney in the nation for VA issues.). Katrina and her husband Jim worked tirelessly and diligently on my case, relieving me of the stress of dealing with the VA bureaucracy. Within a year or so she successfully got me rated 100% for monthly disability compensation, including tens of thousands in retroactive benefits. I strongly recommend Katrina and Jim to any veteran seeking well-deserved benefits from the VA. My children and I thank you Katrina and Jim. God bless you both."
Bill
You Will Thank Yourself
"It is an absolute privilege to recommend Katrina Eagle. I was stationed at Camp Lejeune in 1973-1974 and I drank and bathed in the contaminated water along with my fellow marines. In 2018 I was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer. I filed a VA claim, and it was denied despite VA having it on their list of Camp Lejeune conditions for which they would provide no cost medical care. Our VA service commission counselor said we had a strong case, should appeal, and recommended that we speak with Katrina Eagle. Upon our first conversation with her we felt at ease and secure in her solid expertise and genuine care. She had a clear plan for how she would gather the information needed as well as the process to pursue the appeal. Amongst the various actions she took was to obtain a medical expert opinion. When we read the experts opinion we nearly wept in gratitude. Katrina knows precisely how to gather the evidence needed and prepare the case. We felt calm during the process knowing she sincerely had our best interests at heart. She succeeded in obtaining a 100% total and permanent disability, which was the absolute righteous outcome. We would not have been successful on our own. We needed someone who has experience with the system and know how to work within the VA system. She would often explain why we needed to approach something a certain way. At every turn she was skilled, knowledgeable, prepared, precise, as well as kind, thoughtful and respectful. You could feel her compassion for our situation and the injustice. Listening to her you are left with no question as to her absolute commitment to veterans. Katrina is the best of the best and a profound blessing in our lives. If you allow Katrina Eagle help to resolve your VA problem, you will thank yourself later."

You Have a Case!
"You Have a Case!" Those were the first words I heard from Atty. Eagle! And only through her hard work, legal acumen and expertise was I able to be approved for a VA disability. I had first sought the help of the VA case worker in my local office. It seemed to be going nowhere. I then sought help from a nationally recognized Veteran's organization. This seemed to produced results at first, but then stalled. My case helper finally said, "there is nothing I can do for you". Somehow, through a search, I discovered Atty. Eagle's name and number. I called her, and she said, what seemed like words from Heaven, "You have a case!" I sent her all my documents and happily signed on as her client. It took a little time, and Katrina's constant efforts, and then the results came in with a positive result. I could not have been successful without Katrina and Jim leading the charge. They both were absolutely essential to my receiving a positive outcome. I thank them both every day of my life. I truly do."

Absolutely The Best!!
"I am a Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veteran. I filed my claim, and was approved, at 100% P&T. For that, I had another attorney as my representative, but she had nothing to do with my case... more on that, to come. Something did not sit right with me, about the effective date of my claim. I questioned my attorney, and she said, since I was rated 100%, there was nothing to be done... not true. I learned of Katrina Eagle & Jim Radogna through the BWNVVA... I knew they were hard-working attorneys, who put the veteran first. I contacted Katrina, and asked her to review my case. She said "Sure thing", but said I needed to make her my representative. I said no problem... not quite true. My old attorney did not want to release me... she said I was not due anything, but she would not release me. That led me to tell Katrina about the issue. She advised me as to how to proceed.. It was a long, hard-fought issue, but in the end, my old attorney released me... with a nasty letter that said I was not ever going to get any more benefits, anyway... again, wrong answer. As soon as I was released, I made Katrina my VA representative. She and Jim jumped right on the case, and she said that it looked like VA had assigned the wrong effective date to my case... the old attorney would not even review the case. So, Katrina & Jim filed a Clear Unmistakable Error (CUE) with VA. About 4 months later, VA sent me another $13,000.., WOW!! I was stunned. Both Katrina & Jim were very happy for me. That was not the end, though. Ticked off that my old attorney had put me in the situation, she asked my permission to sent her a letter expressing her displeasure about the way that she had handled my case. She was exceptionally professional. If you are in need of an experienced legal team, who will go to work for you, and fight for your benefits, you can do no better, than The Law Office of Katrina Eagle."

No One Will Fight Harder For You
" I served 4 years in the Air Force and was stationed in Thailand, with TDYs in Vietnam during 1972-3. As a crew chief, I was exposed to hazardous chemicals, fuels, and agent orange working on the flight line, close to the perimeter. As a result of my service, I was diagnosed with a chronic lung disease and inoperable tumors affecting my kidneys. For 8 years I applied for compensation and was denied again and again. The VA claimed I was never in Vietnam and had destroyed my records proving so. A local television station highlighted my case and put me in touch with Katrina Eagle Veterans law firm. I had one last appeal before a VA judge Katrina and her husband Jim won my final battle with the VA. Not only won but persevered until my rating was 100%. Her determination and expertise in VA rules, regulations and procedures amazed me. No one had worked so diligently at getting to know me and my case as she. It was a heavy battle with the VA, taking a toll on my health and happiness. My family and I will be forever grateful for Katrina Eagle. No matter how beaten down you are with your battles with the VA, I encourage you to contact Katrina Eagle, Veterans Law Attorney. No one will fight harder for you."

Korean War Veteran Approved For 100% Disability
"I served in the army from 1954 to 1956, at the end of the Korean War. I was not aware of the possible benefits of PTSD and hearing loss that I had lived with until 2017. I found out that a veteran doesn't have to be involved in overseas combat to qualify for full benefits, if the facts can be provided to the right personnel. I was on guard duty while in basic training carrying an unloaded rifle and a flashlight. I heard screaming coming from a two man tent and found our Master sergeant hitting a fellow soldier with a 2X4. No cell phones back then, so I called for help as I battled the sergeant using my rifle like a baseball bat. Help finally arrived, but too late to save my friends life. Three months later our cannon and crew was sent to Louisiana for two weeks of night training. Regulations were found later that every heavy duty vehicle using their small slits of head lights must have two other soldiers walk ahead of them with large flash lights for safety. A tank ran over a two man tent near our cannon and killed two fellow soldiers. Further investigations found most operators of all heavy duty vehicles were not trained or qualified to drive those units. After three days our crew was sent back to South Carolina for regular duty. For three years after 2017, I was denied 100% benefits three different times because the approval team could not find any proof of either event. In less than a year, Katrina produced evidence that a congressional investigation in 1973 found that many commanding officers who had any serious accidents or deaths during my years of service, never filed any reports on those, or when they transferred to a higher position, destroyed all evidence so their commands had no adverse events that might hinder their promotions. During those years, not every soldier had a cell phone to record those types of accidents. She also presented proof that a large fire at the army archives in the mid 70's destroyed 18,000,000 service records of those who served before 1960, and no copies were ever printed. She then presented these reasons there were no records of these events in my service file. With all the legal language at her disposal, I was approved for 100% disability."

She is a True Godsend For Veterans
"It is my pleasure to write a few words about my experience with Katrina Eagle, relative to a VA appeal upon which she represented me. As a Vietnam Veteran I highly recommend Katrina Eagle to any Veteran who needs an experienced attorney. In 2018, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease due to repeated exposure to toxins while serving in the US Navy. When my initial claim was denied, I was fortunate to find Katrina. I cannot say enough about Katrina, unlike most law firms she truly cares about her clients and works tirelessly for them. She is very professional, punctual, straight to the point. I was pleased with how responsive she was to my needs, even anticipating my concerns, apprehensions, and questions - responding to emails and phone calls even at night and on weekends. She guided me through the process and explained in detail what steps she intended to take. Katrina is a highly-trained, incredibly effective attorney, she has a thorough knowledge of the law, inter-working of the Veterans Administration, and vast wealth of experience. All of this was topped by being a truly caring individual whose belief in what she is doing comes through in all of her work and interactions. You get the feeling your case is more of a vocation than a job. Katrina is a solid gold individual whom I am proud to call my attorney, and more importantly my friend. Her empathy and compassion to all veterans and their families is unparalleled. She is a true veteran advocate and will fight for what is right for the benefits that are deserved. I know that I would not have wanted anyone other than Katrina to represent me. To any veteran out there that is uncertain or hesitating or needs 'real' assistance with the VA, I can only say 'do not wait a second longer'. Katrina was successful in getting my appeal granted. Even though our dealings were always long distance, I consider the entire experience one of the most gratifying I have ever had. She is a true godsend for veterans. Both my wife and I will be forever grateful to her."
