FREE CASE EVALUATION

Thank you for  considering having us represent you. Please provide us with the  information requested below so that we can prepare for a discussion of  your case. There is no charge for the initial consultation or reviewing  your case.
 

There is no  time limit for a free case evaluation from our office. Regardless of  whether your case evaluation takes a few minutes or several hours, there  will never be any charge to you. We never have, and never will, accept  any payment from a Veteran or his/her family unless/until their case is  successfully resolved and the VA awards benefits.
 

It is important that you understand that receiving this form from you  does not create an attorney-client relationship between us. This means  that Katrina Eagle does not become your lawyer just because you send  your information. She will only become your lawyer if you both agree to  the terms of the engagement and complete a written agreement setting out  the terms of our agreement and any fees that Katrina Eagle may charge you.
 

We will often be able to decide if we can help you after the first  consultation. Other times, we may need additional documents to help  determine the merits of your case. During this review process, we will  keep you apprised of our assessment.
